Harness Buddy Makes Travel With Kids Easy! Jody Halsted, Have Kid Will Travel

I began traveling with my children when they were quite young. In fact, Brenna’s first road trip (from Des Moines to San Antonio) happened when she was 3 months old. Caelan’s first flight was at the age of 3 months. So I’ve learned a lot about traveling with children. As they got older and were walking it was difficult to keep them confined to a stroller so we invested in the Eddie Bauer Harness Buddy. Ours are puppies but there are a few different cuddly critters.

Because the Harness Buddy is cute and cuddly it doesn’t have the feel of a leash but is more like a backpack (it even has a small pocket to hold tiny treats or treasures). Because it has a long “tail” we can let our girls walk knowing that they are safe and can’t get too far away.

Our harness buddies have traveled across the country and across the ocean with us and always receive compliments and questions. The girls love to wear them and even play with them at home. The Harness Buddy costs under $15 – very little money for a lot of peace of mind.
