Time to Partylite Party It’s a Jaime Thing

It’s Time To Party…

…How Hosting A Partylite Party Can Get You Free Centerpieces & Decor For Your Wedding!

I’m not a Partylite consultant.  Nor am I trying to sell you anything.  I’m simply a huge fan of Partylite because of the fact that thanks to them, the majority of my wedding decor was free!  Want to know a secret?  My bridesmaids’ gifts were free too.  Sshhh…nobody has to know, right?

So how did I do it?  By doing something I love to do anyway…I threw a party!  What if you did the same thing?  It’s the perfect excuse to get your girlfriends together to have a little fun, drink some wine and do what we all love…shop!  All from the comfort of your own home.

Plan to have the party during the evening, so the candles that your consultant brings can really show off their glow.  Perhaps you could start the it around 7pm, after everyone has already had dinner.  That way, you can keep it affordable with yummy wine, cheese, coffee or desserts.

Put on some music, drink some wine and relax!  Play some games to include candles as prizes, talk about your favorite candle scents as you smell new ones, giggle over stories about how your fiance might think you have enough candles to have a seance…you know, just have fun!

There is never any pressure on your guests to buy, but catalogs, product and a consultant will be there in case your girlfriends do want to buy something nice for their homes.  I mean really - who doesn’t love candles, right?

Based on the total sales of your show, you can easily earn yourself free or half-priced products of your choice, for your wedding!  So how does one host a really great party to get their free candles?  It’s not that difficult, my dearies…let me explain.

What I suggest doing is getting as many catalog orders as possible, like I did, even before the night of your party.  Ask friends or family members who may not be able to attend if they would like to see the catalog.  Bring your catalog to work and share it with co-workers over your lunch break!  Hey, you could even ask mom to bring a catalog to her work so she can get orders from her co-workers…every little order helps.

Before your party starts, you’ll then already have a bunch of orders just waiting to turn into a free shopping spree for you!  Add whatever orders you get from your party and wa-la…you’re set.  Your Partylite consultant will tell you that night how much hostess credit you have earned and then you get to shop for some of your wedding decor or bridesmaids gifts, for practically nothing!

  1. I used to sell Partylite. I love their product. Unfortunately, most of the pieces I had have been broken by kids, pets, and my husband. I feel that the glass you have on your tables and buffet tables at you wedding, say so much. They truly dress up the event. Love the photos.

  4. Congratulations for having an excellent display of your candles. They added elegance in the centerpieces. I like scented candles too. In fact I’m pushing scented candle as wedding favors. You can never go wrong with candles. They are useful and the scent can be relaxing too. It helps in driving away stress..

  7. Candles have always been a huge part of any great wedding ceremony, stemming from the much broader Christian tradition of using candles in all important religious gatherings.
