Wishpot Voted Second Best Wish List Service to Amazon on Lifehacker. We’ll agree to disagree! 5 comments
Wishpot is pleased to announce that we placed second in a poll for the the best top 5 wish list services on lifehacker. Amazon was the number one choice for the best wish list service on this poll and we are so thrilled to be included in the top 5 with such big brands like Amazon. But we politely agree to disagree. An article on lifehacker called “Wishpot Offers One Wish List to Cover Them All” explains why Wishpot is better than Amazon! =)

First off, with Amazon’s Universal Wish List bookmarklet, it’s hard to solely use the web’s super store as the main place for everything you would want. With Wishpot you can add your items from thousands of vendors/stores online. Also, Wishpot has a Facebook Connect for those not wanting another log-in/password to track as well as an Amazon.com wish list importer!
And what does Lifehacker like most about Wishpot?
“What really sells Wishpot is its similar "Add to Wishpot" bookmarklet and browser add-ons, its SMS functionality, and, most of all, its ability to alert you whenever there’s a price drop on any of your wish list items at a long list of merchants that Wishpot monitors. That way, if you’ve got a someday/maybe item on your list that’s just too pricey right now, but you see it suddenly drop 20 percent, you can choose to fulfill your own wish.”
Wishpot is number one in our book! What are your thoughts?
Thanks for all of your support and thank you to the many experts and vendors who showed their support and voted!
